The Hungarian Heritage House, or Budai Vigadó, has been newly renovated and is now open for more stellar performances of folk music and dance. The extensive theater also offers access to other cultural traditions and folk arts via workshops in everything from basketmaking to weaving.

For the opening, there was a beautiful exhibit of works by Makoldi Sándor (1945-2017), known for his paintings of Hungary's ancient myths and folk tales that symbolized the country's heritage. Here below are a few pieces from the exhibit.
